Quiet Spaces
This series was made the year following my father's death. The making of these images was therapeutic for me. I went throughout the city looking for places that I had been to, or imagined myself being at with my father. In order to symbolize the loneliness that I felt I made these images at night, with no one around. The long time that it took to set up the images, and expose the photo gave me time to come to terms with the loss that I felt. |
